ORDER DELIVERY 

Products purchased from Id velit are shipped via CTT – Correios de Portugal.

Our customer will receive an email confirming their order at the time it is placed, and another on the day of shipment. No charge submissions. Orders will only be shipped after payment confirmation.

Orders are prepared Monday through Friday, within three workdays after the payment is processed. Delivery times vary by location according to the CTT delivery time tables.

If the delivery is not at the indicated address, the order will be at the CTT point of the respective address area for 5 workdays. After this period, the order is returned to Id Velit and is considered cancelled, excluding the initial shipping charges. If you would like to resubmit your order, please contact Id Velit to arrange a new shipment (subject to new shipping charges), or to arrange the refund of the amount paid for the products – excluding the initial shipping charges.

If the order is returned to Id Velit due to the incorrect address indication by the customer, the same order will only be sent back upon correct information of the delivery address provided by the customer and after new payment of the shipping charges. If the error is assigned to the Velit Id, the order will be resubmitted without charge to the customer, or, in case of cancellation, the total amount (shipping charges included) will be refunded.

The above timings may vary as there are usually several companies inherent in shipping outside of Portugal. Id Velit is not responsible for delivery delays, but will do its best to ensure that you have your products as soon as possible.

Order cancellation by User decision

The User may cancel the order within 24 hours via email, which will be accepted as long as it has not yet been processed. After processing, Id Velit will attempt to deliver it, but the customer has the option not to accept it.

For the purpose of cancellation the User must send email with the following data:

1. Subject: “Cancellation”.
2. Order number in the body of the email;
3. TIN (Tax identification number) with which you placed the order in the body of the email.

Order cancellation by Id Velit decision

Id Velit reserves the right not to process orders when it finds any inconsistency in the submitted personal data or observes any misconduct from the buyer. Id Velit reserves the right not to process any order or refund in the event of errors in the values and/or product characteristic when these are due to technical problems or errors unrelated to Id Velit.

Return (Right of withdrawal):

The User, in the case of being a consumer, may exercise the right of withdrawal without being required any compensation, within 14 (fourteen) days counting from the day the consumer acquires material possession of the good.

To exercise this right, the User should contact Id Velit by email, indicating all the identification data, the product that wishes to return or exchange and the date of the purchase. 

The consumer must within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of communication of the resolution return the goods to Id Velit in the proper conditions of use.

The product may not be used, and the packaging must be returned unopened as it was delivered, and accompanied by all documentation received, including the following documents: sales invoice and document proving the reception of the product. The packaging and the indicated documents must be sent to the address indicated by Id Velit in response to the return request. The respective shipping costs are the User’s responsibility.

After reception of the goods return at Id Velit and verified their proper condition, the User will be returned the corresponding amount paid for the order (value of the sales invoice). If the User used a promotional discount code, this amount will not be refunded, i.e. the refund will only be for the amount actually paid, excluding the shipment costs.

The reimbursement is made within 14 days after receiving the wish for free settlement and receiving the returned good.

In the absence of any of the components of the sold item or, if any of them is not in an excellent state of conservation, there will be no refund of the price or postage paid and the product will be returned to the original shipping address.
